No. That's the point of the assessment. We'll evaluate your roof and help identify the plan that best fits your home.
How much does Peace of Mind cost?+
Plans start at $499*. Roof size, material type, and other conditions may affect pricing.
What can minor preventative maintenance include?+
Minor maintenance may include sealing exposed nail heads, clearing drainage pathways, and inspecting flashing to help ensure those areas are functioning properly.
When is the initial inspection completed after I enroll?+
The initial inspection is typically scheduled within 3–5 business days after payment, weather permitting.
If you scheduled an assesment and we are at your house when you sign up, we will complete the inital inspection at the same time!
Can I cancel?+
You can cancel to stop future billing. After the initial inspection and included minor maintenance are performed, payments for that term are not refundable. Cancellation before the initial inspection may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
