Shingle Roof Yearly Maintenance Plan

Imperial Roofing now offers service contracts with yearly roof inspections!

Our Standard Shingle Yearly Maintenance Plan is designed for homes with up to 5,000 square feet of roofing.

If you have any questions about which plan is best for you, please call our office at (816) 605-1591 before signing up.

Once your payment is completed, our team will visit your home within 3–5 business days to perform a full roof inspection. During this visit, we will address minor issues to help protect your home from the elements. These minor repairs may include sealing exposed nail heads, clearing drainage pathways, and inspecting flashing to ensure everything is functioning properly.

After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining the condition of your roof. If we identify any areas that may require repair or replacement, we will provide you with a repair estimate automatically.
