Our Concrete Tile Yearly Maintenance Plan + Gutter Cleaning is designed for homes with up to 5,000 square feet of roof who also want better drainage and protection with our gutter cleaning option.

Once your payment is completed, our team will visit your home within 3–5 business days to perform a full roof inspection. During this visit, we will address minor issues to help protect your home from the elements. These minor repairs may include sealing exposed nail heads, clearing drainage pathways, and inspecting flashing to ensure everything is functioning properly.

After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining the condition of your roof. If we identify any areas that may require repair or replacement, we will provide you with a repair estimate automatically.
